All sales are final, you are welcome to exchange your items within 5 days of receiving your package for domestic and international orders. Please note that custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged. Please look to terms and conditions page for more detailed information. Exchanged items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED, and with ALL tags attached and original
packaging. NOTE: Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. All return shipping fees are not covered by us.
Return Exchange Process
All sales are final. To exchange an item, securely pack and seal the return merchandise and include our return form (to receive the return
form email: firstname.lastname@example.org) in the return package. Please specify on the form what you are exchanging the item for. We cannot
accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Please send your return/exchange through an insured service carrier to

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. Shipping & Processing
We ship USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the carrier.
Orders ship within the U.S. for a flat rate of 5.00.
Orders ship internationally please email tyaletheab@gmail for price. For international orders please allow up to 6 to 12 business days for the transit time of your merchandise.
